2008-09: Part of the third-place DistanceMedley Relay (10:00.16) at the MAC Indoor Championships. Finished10th in the mile (4:25.79) at the MAC indoor meet. Placed fifth inthe 800m in a season-best 1:52.85 and helped the Bulls to afourth-place showing in the 4x400m relay (3:13.73) at the MACOutdoor Championships.
Previous College: Competed at GeneseoState for one season. Finished third in the indoor 500m (1:06.86)at the NYSCTC Championships. Raced in the outdoor 800m, placingfourth (1:55.47) at the NYSCTC meet and 15th (1:55.46) at the ECACChampionships.
High School: Earned four letters andcaptained one season at Oakfield-Alabama High School for coach ArtGoldstein. Won Section V titles in the 400m and 600m. Set fiveindividual and two relay records with the Hornets.
Personal: Born September 30, 1989. Son ofThomas and Sharen Brummert. Has one brother (Brandon) and onesister (Jadyn). Favorite TV show is Entourage. Favorite movie isThe Shawshank Redemption. Majoring in pharmacy.
