2010-11: UB’s top outdoor long jumper at 24-5.75 set at Penn State’s Jim Thorpe Open. Finished 12th in the long jump (21-2) at the MAC Outdoor Championships. Posted indoor marks of 21-4 in the long jump and 7.27 in the 60m at the Cornell Denault Invitational.
2009-10: Earned a third-place finish in the long jump (23-6.75) at the MAC Outdoor Championships. Placed seventh in the long jump (22-9.25) at the MAC Indoor Championships.
2008-09: Finished fifth in the long jump (22-7.75) at the MAC Indoor Championships. Set UB’s top indoor long jump (22-9.75) at both the Akron Quad and Akron Invite meets. Posted top outdoor long jump (23-3.50) at Colonial Relays.
High School: Captained two seasons, winning two letters at Corning West High School for coach Lou Fiorilo. Finished third in the long jump (23-0) and anchored the Vikings’ 4x100m relay team at the 2008 outdoor state championships. Placed 11th in the long jump (21-2.50) and was a finalist in the 55m at the 2008 indoor state meet.
Personal: Born July 21, 1990. Son of Andrew and Debora Davis. Has one brother (Andrew). Named a U.S. Army Reserve Scholar-Athlete. Would like to attain a career in physical therapy. Majoring in exercise science.
