2026-2027 Season Ticket Auto Renew Program
Auto renewal is the easiest way to automatically renew your season tickets. Your credit card will be charged monthly for your future renewals and removes the hassle from the process. By purchasing your season tickets, you are automatically opted into the Auto Renew Program. This will apply to your renewals moving forward.
You may opt-out at any time by contacting the Bulls Ticket Office.
Payments will be due in equal installments on the 15th of the month. If you select, Payment in Full- your account will be renewed in one lump sum on or before the renewal deadline.
Regardless of payment option – an order fee of $15.00 will also be posted to each account and will be due at check out along with any required seat contribution on selected seat locations.

You will receive an email reminder one week prior to these dates reminding you that your card will be charged.

Terms & Conditions
- By opting into the program, you agree to participate in the program until you cancel. You may also opt-out of the Auto Renew Program at any time by contacting the UB Ticket Office in writing at ub-bullstickets@buffalo.edu.
- If you decide, you want to keep your season tickets but no longer want to use the Auto Renew Program, simply notify the ticket office in writing to discontinue. You will then need to renew your seats, in one single payment, manually each year by the designated deadline date.
- The Auto Renew Program can be started at any time with your first credit card payment or by contacting the UB Ticket Office at 716-645-3946. If any payments in the plan are missed, balance will be split between the remaining scheduled payments. If a purchase is made after two scheduled payments have past, balance is due, in full, with one single payment.
- Please keep in mind that based on your season ticket seat location, a separate Game Day Benefit contribution, payable to UB Foundation, may be required per seat. During the buy process you can select the amount of payments to spread the contribution across, or you can pay in full in one lump sum.
- You may decline the payment plan and select the one lump sum payment option. The full amount will be charged to your card as requested.
- If you do not wish to renew your season tickets after you have been charged, but prior to the season beginning, you may request a cancellation. A refund, minus the non-refundable deposit will be processed.
- Discounted season tickets will follow the same payment structure. A payment plan schedule will be set up and charged accordingly.
- Your credit card on file may be used by you to purchase single tickets, tournament tickets, etc. A photo ID will need to be provided at ticket window, at time of purchase, to validate your request.
- In the event that the credit card we have on file for your account is declined when payment is due, we will make every attempt to reach you for new or updated payment information. If after 30 days from your payment due date we have not obtained a new form of payment, your season tickets will be subject to cancellation and any tickets, benefits, or incentives that you have received in advance will be deactivated. You may contact the ticket office at any time to update your credit card information.
- You may cancel your participation in the Auto Renew program at any time by contacting the UB Athletic Ticket Office in writing. Any remaining balance on your season ticket account will be due at that time. An email will be sent confirming your cancellation
