2008-09: UB’s Most Outstanding forcross country. Earned All-MAC honors with his fifth-place finish ina season-best 8K time of 24:44.9 at the league championships. Hadfour top-10 finishes in seven races. Named to the Academic All-MACcross country team. Placed seventh in the 3000m steeplechase(9:29.01) at the MAC Outdoor Championships. Finished 11th in the3000m (8:55.24) at the MAC Indoor Championships.
2007-08: Selected Top Newcomer for crosscountry. Raced in all seven races, posting top 8K mark of 25:54.84,finishing 17th of 146 at the Bowling Green Falcon Invitational.Finished 34th (26:06.7) at the MAC Cross Country Championships.Placed eighth in the 3,000m steeplechase (9:30.65) and 15th in the5,000m (15:59.39) at the MAC Outdoor Championships. Took 12th for3,000m (8:55.68) at the MAC indoor meet.
High School: Earned 11 letters for coachesJosh Reynolds and Lisa Book at Spencerport High School. Finishedsixth in the steeplechase (9:38.55) at the 2007 statechampionships. Placed 11th at the 2006 state cross countrychampionships. Won the Section V championship twice in thesteeplechase and once in the 3,000m. Named All-Monroe County fortrack and cross country two seasons.
