Previous College: Competed for fourseasons at Penn State. Finished eighth in both the indoor(14:18.05) and outdoor 5,000m (14:32.22) at the 2009 Big TenChampionships. Posted a personal-best 14:11.02 to finish 14th inthe 5,000m at the Penn Relays. Placed 18th in the 5,000m at theNCAA East Regional Championships. Had a top 2008 8K cross countrymark of 25:33.
High School: Won six letters and captainedone season for coach Brett Sippel at Wilson High School. WonSection VI cross country titles in 2003 and 2004. TookNiagara-Orleans league titles in the 800m and 1600m.
