2008-09: Named Most Improved for theoutdoor season. Part of two ECAC qualifying relay squads at the MACIndoor Championships. Ran the second leg of the Distance MedleyRelay (11:53.35) and third leg of the 4x400m relay (3:50.64). Ranthe anchor in the 4x400m relay (3:48.07) to help the Bulls to athird-place finish at the MAC Outdoor Championships. Finished ninthin the 400m (57.17) at the MAC outdoor meet.
2007-08: UB’s top 400m runner.Placed 14th indoors (1:00.16) and 17th outdoors (1:00.48) at theMAC Championships. Also ran on UB’s 4x400 indoor and outdoorrelays, setting a team-best 3:54.98 at the MAC indoor meet.
2006-07: Helped the Bulls to a season-bestfinish in the 4x400 relay (3:50.09) at the MAC OutdoorChampionships. Also finished 16th in the 400m (1:00.03). Placed17th in the indoor 400m (1:00.91) at the MAC Championships.
2005-06: Sat out the cross country andtrack seasons.
High School: Earned 10 letters andcaptained two seasons at Georgetown High School for coach DedraWolff. Ran the anchor leg on record-setting 4x400 relay team. Alsoearned first-team all-county honors in volleyball.
Personal: Born August 19, 1986. Daughterof Norman and Deedy Grimes. Has one brother (Norman Jr.) and threesisters (Mackenzie, Whitney, Katie). Enjoys 1990s country music andher favorite group is Rascal Flatts. Favorite athlete is MauriceGreene. Majoring in communication/marketing.
