2012-13: Set top indoor times of5:17.24 in the mile and 3:07.56 in the 1,000m run...Posted topoutdoor times of 2:21.56 in the 800m run and 4:39.38 in the 1,500mrun...Raced in five cross country meets as a junior. Posted a top6K time of 23:20.0 at the Princeton Invite as she picked up thesecond place finish. She finished the 5k UB Stampede Invitationalwith a time of 19:05.1 which was good for 20th place overall. Settop outdoor mark of 4:39.38 in the 1,500 meter run at the PennState Jim Thorpe Open. Posted a career-best indoor mile time of5:17.24 at the Sykes/Sabock Challenge Cup.
2011-12: Saw action in three cross countrymeets with her top 5K time of 20:33 coming at the UB StampedeInvitational. Set top indoor times of 5:23.66 in the mile and11:18.83 in the 3,000m. Posted top outdoor mark of 4:57.59 in the1,500m at the Penn State Jim Thorpe Open.
2010-11: Raced in five cross country meets. Settop 5K time of 19:41 at Notre Dame Invitational. Finished 22nd inthe mile (5:30.20) at the MAC Indoor Championships. Posted topindoor mile mark of 5:19.07 at Akron Invitational. Set top outdoormarks in the 800m (2:22.87) at the Cornell Upstate Challenge and1,500m (4:52.61) at the Big Red Invitational.
High School: Won four letters and captained twoseasons for coach Bryce DeSantis at Trumansburg High School.Competed in the 1,000m at the 2010 indoor state championships and4x400m relay at the 2010 outdoor state championships. Set sevenindividual and eight relay indoor and outdoor records for theRaiders. Also played two seasons with the girls soccer team.
Personal: Born February 13, 1992. Daughter ofRoger and Barbara Swartwood. Has one brother (Mitchell) and onesister (Makenzi).
