Bulls to Host Southern Miss in Game Two of MAC-SBC Challenge

CLEVELAND – The Mid-American Conference (MAC) and Sun Belt Conference (SBC) announced the matchups for game two of the MAC-SBC Challenge on Monday afternoon. The Bulls will play host to Southern Miss on Saturday, February 10 at Alumni Arena. This will mark the first ever meeting between the Bulls and Lady Eagles.
Each MAC and Sun Belt team included in the MAC-SBC Challenge, currently scheduled to take place during the 2023-24 and 2024-25 campaigns, is guaranteed one home and one away game each season.
Scheduling assistance is provided by Ordinal Sports Group. In addition to relevant NET data, geography and frequency of past contests is considered in determining the matchups.
Southern Miss is 9-8 overall and 2-5 in league play after falling to Louisiana Monroe on Saturday. Senior guard Domonique Davis leads the team and ranks third in the league in scoring at 21.5 points per game. Redshirt junior forward Melyia Grayson is also averaging in double figures at 13.0 ppg while leading the team in rebounding at 7.9 rebounds per contest.
Each MAC-SBC Challenge game will be carried on an ESPN platform.
