Before Buffalo: Simoncelli comes to UB after two years at Dayton where she was a two-time Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll. Prior to college, she had a standout four-year career at Nichols School where she set the school record for most shutouts in a single season (14) and recorded a .459 goals against average, allowing just nine goals as a junior. She helped lead her team to two MMHSAA Division A championships and was a three-time All-Catholic Division A First Team selection, the 2018 MMHSAA Defensive Player of the Year, an All-WNY Second Team and All-State selection.
