
Women’s Basketball Conference Slate Announced

BUFFALO, NY – The Mid-American Conference released the league schedule for the upcoming 2022-23 basketball season on Wednesday morning. The defending MAC champion Bulls will play nine home conference games inside Alumni Arena and nine road games.
The Bulls will play six schools twice while taking on the remaining MAC schools just once.
UB will open conference play on the road as they travel to Kent, Ohio on Wednesday, January 4 for a clash with the Golden Flashes. Three of the next four games for the Bulls will take place inside Alumni Arena as they welcome Central Michigan on Saturday, January 7 in the first game of a doubleheader with the UB men's team, Eastern Michigan on Saturday January 14 and Ball State on Wednesday, January 18 in a rematch of last year's MAC Championship game. The one road contest will take place in Athens, Ohio as the Bulls will take on the Ohio Bobcats on Wednesday, January 11.
The Bulls will then travel to Kalamazoo, MI on Saturday, January 21 where they will take on the Western Michigan Broncos. The Bulls then welcome Bowling Green to Alumni Arena on Wednesday, January 25.
Four of the next five games will take the Bulls on the road as they travel to Akron on Saturday, January 28, Miami (OH) on Wednesday, February 1, Toledo on February 8 and Central Michigan on Saturday, February 11. The lone home contest of that stretch takes place on Saturday, February 4 as the Bulls welcome Northern Illinois to town.
Buffalo will return to Alumni Arena for a pair of games in the middle of the month as they host Kent State on Wednesday, February 15 before welcoming Miami (OH) on Saturday, February 18.
February will conclude with back-to-back road games for the Bulls as they will travel to Eastern Michigan on Wednesday, February 22 and Bowling Green on Saturday, February 25.
Buffalo opens March with a pair of home games as Akron comes to town on Wednesday, March 1 before the regular season concludes on Saturday, March 4 against Western Michigan. The MAC Tournament will take place at the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse in downtown Cleveland from March 8-11.
