BUFFALO, NY – The University at Buffalo women's basketball team unveiled their 2021-22 schedule on Friday afternoon. The schedule is highlighted by UB's participation in the Battle 4 Atlantis Tournament in the Bahamas where the Bulls will get an early test against some of the best teams in the country.
"This could be the most competitive schedule that we've had in my time here at Buffalo," said head coach Felisha Legette-Jack. "From opening against a local rival, to traveling to the Bahamas to compete against programs consistently ranked in the top 10 in the country, to then playing teams from some of the best mid-major conferences, these games will help prepare us to be a force in the MAC. We have a lot of work to do but we are excited, and we know that with the support of our Bulls' village, we can achieve something special this year."
The Bulls will begin the season with an exhibition game against Division II member Daemen on November 5. Buffalo will then remain home for the regular season opener as they host Big 4 rival Canisius on December 9 at 7pm.
