Bio
High School: Layden comes to Buffalo from Pearl River, NY where she played for Pearl River High School. She was named the 2023 Conference Player of the Year and is a three-time all-league and two-time all-section honoree while helping lead the Pirates to three league championships and two section semifinal appearances. She played her club ball for World Class FC where she helped lead the squad to two New England Conference championships and was a two-time first-team All-Conference selection. She was also a member of the Pearl River basketball team where she is a three-time Defensive Player of the Year. In the classroom she was a member of the Spanish National Honor Society and the Rho Kappa Social Studies National Honor Society.
