2014: Coneys competed in four 8,000-meter races for the Bulls as a junior...he recorded a season-best time of 26:12 on Oct. 4 at the Lehigh Paul Short Invitational...Coneys added a 26:21 finish at the Princeton Invitational and a time of 26:23.80 at the UB Stampede.
2013: Coneys competed in each of the Bulls’ six races during his sophomore season. He clocked a season-best eight-kilometer time of 25:40 at the Princeton Invitational. Coneys placed third at the Bulls’ lone home meet, the UB Stampede, and was Buffalo’s top finisher at the season-opening Harry Lang Invitational.
2012: Raced in all six cross country meets as a freshman. Picked up his best finish of the season at the UB Stampede Invitational as he finished in a time of 25:49.7 which was good for 13th place. Recorded a season-best 8K time of 25:44.0 at the Princeton Invite. Was named UB top newcomer.
High School: Placed 42nd in the Class B race of the 2012 New York State Cross Country Championships.
