BUFFALO, NY - The University at Buffalo, The State University of New York women's soccer senior captain Jackie Hall earned third team All-Greak Lakes Region honors, as announced by the NSCAA last week. This marks the second straight season Hall has earned the All-Great Lakes Region nod.
Hall was once again a cog in the middle of the UB defense in 2015 as she started all 20 matches for the Bulls while also earning first team All-MAC honors for the second straight season. The senior captain helped shutdown the opposing teams best players and helped the Bulls earn eight cleansheets on the season. Defensively, Hall helped the Bulls allow just 0.86 goals-against per game while also chipping in offensively with a goal and an assist.
For her stellar career, Hall appeared in 84 matches while earning the start in 65. The hard-nosed defender capped her career with six goals and four assists while also being named as an All-American in 2014, becoming the first Division I All-American in program history. Hall will be remembered for her game-winning goal in the 2014 MAC Championship game in the 82nd minute that won UB their first MAC Tournament Championship and their first trip to the NCAA Tournament in program history.
