Guerber Named MAC Offensive Player of the Week

BUFFALO, NY – University at Buffalo women's soccer graduate student forward Jasmine Guerber was named Mid-American Conference Offensive Player of the Week, as announced by the conference on Tuesday afternoon.
The Montreal, Quebec native picked up where she left off last year after leading the team in goals as she recorded two goals and an assist over the opening weekend of play. On Thursday, Guerber scored the game-winning goal on a set piece in the seventh minute and added to her total with another goal in the 12th minute. She then assisted on UB's final goal of the night late in the second half to lead the Bulls to a 3-0 win over Canisius.
The Bulls host Colorado College in the home opener at UB Stadium on Thursday at 7pm.
