BUFFALO, NY – After another successful season on the pitch in which they advanced to the Mid-American Conference Tournament for the 10th time in the last 11 years, the University at Buffalo women's soccer team continues to excel in the classroom as well, as they tied a program-record with 13 student-athletes earning a spot on the Academic All-MAC Team, as announced by the conference on Wednesday.
A total of 138 student-athletes across the league were named to this year's squad.
Joining the squad for UB were graduate students Jasmine Guerber and Frederique St.-Jean, seniors Marissa Foster, Ashley Reyes, Ellie Simmons, Talia Vitullo and Sarah Woods, juniors Eva Blatz, Maya Galko, Maya Ikewood, Laiken Kiser and sophomores Carolyn Hinkle and Julia Rocky.
