2020 - 2021: Competed in 4 meets for the Bulls, ran a seasonβs best of 15:55.06 at the UB Twilight Meet.Β
2021 - 2022: Personal best in 8k XC at the Paul Short Run, Indoor seaosn ran PR in 5000m, and Outdoor season ran PR in the 3000m and 10,000m.
2022 - 2023: Competed in three XC meets.
Before coming to UB:
High School Best: 1600m: 4:41.98, 3200m: 10:28.63, 5kXC: 17:10.4
High School Highlights:Β 3 x CHSAA qualifier in steeplechase, 2 year captain for cross country, outdoor and indoor track
