Snaiders Earns Opening Round Win at ITA Super Regionals

PRINCETON, NJ – University at Buffalo men's tennis junior Daniils Snaiders continued his stellar play as he defeated University of Pennsylvania sophomore Kian Vakili 6-4, 6-0 in the round of 32 at the Northeast Super Regional Championships on Friday afternoon.
With his straight sets victory, Snaiders advances to the round of 16 tomorrow afternoon.
"This is a very good start to super regionals for Daniils. Over the last two weeks something has clicked for Daniils and his tennis is at a very high level. We look forward to another challenge tomorrow!"
