2015-2016: Placed 5th in 3000m at the Penn State Invitational with a time of 8:42.70… 6th place at Indoor MAC Championships in the 5000m, clocking in at 14:47.59… Indoor Track & Field Academic All-MAC… Placed 5th at Lou Onesty Invitational in 5000m with a time of 15:13.67… Placed 7th at Outdoor MAC Championships in 5000m with a time of 15:00.48, a season best.
2014-15: Ran 8:56.68 in the 300-meter run and apart of the 4x800 relay team that ran 8:13.15. He did not run during the outdoor portion of the season.
High School: Attended Fayetteville-Manlius High School...raced for coach Bill Aris...helped his cross country team to a state championship...earned first-team all-state for cross country and was named Section III T&F Co-Athlete of the Year...placed fourth at the New York State Class A Cross Country Championships...finished fourth in the 1,600-meter run at the outdoor state T&F championships...ran fifth at the New York Regional Cross Country Championships...ran to a 36th-place finish at the Nike Cross Nationals in Oregon which he lists as his greatest athletic accomplishment.
Personal: Born Sept. 7, 1996...son of Terence and Kimberly...has sisters, Christiana and Katherine...majoring in mechanical engineering...enjoys running, biking, swimming and playing video games...favorite athlete is Tim Howard...favorite music is rock and rap...if he could meet anyone in history, he''d like to meet Ben Franklin...also competes on the UB cross country team.
