Senior (2023 - 24): Earned Academic All-MAC honors...participated in five meets throughout the season...ran a personal best 5k time at the Canisius Alumni Classic (19:20.5)...also had a personal best 6k time at the NCAA Northeast Regionals, finishing in 23:47.3.
Junior (2022 - 23): Competed at the MAC Cross Country Championships, running a season best 6k time of 24:48.8...had a personal best 5k time at the Canisius Alumni Classic (20:23.3).
Sophomore (2021 – 22): Ran a personal best 6k time at the Paul Short Invitational (24:01.7).
Freshman (2020 – 21): Competed at the 2020 MAC Cross Country Championships, finishing the 6k race in 25:05.7.
High School: Competed three times in the Cross Country State Championships...1000 meter champion at New York State Sectionals ...New York State Indoor Championships participant.
Personal: Daughter of Sarah and Philip Powers....has one younger brother, Patrick....chose UB for the excellent academic opportunity and she was able to continue her running career...inspired by Keira D'Amato because she is hardworking and is defying...favorite TV show is Stranger Things....like most distance runners, she can’t live without Bread....in free time, you’ll find Libby painting.
