Sophomore (2021 β 22): Ran a personal best 6k time at the Paul Short Invitational (24:01.7).
Freshman (2020 β 21):Β Competed at the 2020 MAC Cross Country Championships, finishing the 6k race in 25:05.7.
High School: Competed three times in the Cross CountryΒ State Championships...1000 meter champion at New York State Sectionals ...New York StateΒ Indoor Championships participant.
Personal:Β Daughter of Sarah and Philip Powers....has one younger brother, Patrick....chose UB for the excellent academic opportunity and she was able to continue her running career...inspired by Keira D'Amato because she is hardworking and is defying...favorite TV show is Stranger Things....like most distance runners, she canβt live without Bread....in free time, youβll find Libby painting.
