Freshman (2020 - 21): Redshirt season.
High School: Set multiple school records at Springville Griffith High...New York State Cross Country medalist.
Personal: Parents are Chad and Jill Russell...has two siblings one Elle and Scott...felt UB was the best fit academically and was drawn to the culture developed by Coach Witzleben... inspired by my parents, who have provided endless support in all his endeavors...favorite athlete is Tiger Woods...outside of running he enjoys skiing...favorite TV show is Criminal Minds.... can’t live with out guacamole.
