Bulls Drop 4-3 Decision at Toledo

TOLEDO, Ohio – The University at Buffalo women's tennis team dropped its contest at Toledo on Friday afternoon, 4-3.
The Rockets took the doubles point with victories at one and two.
In singles action, Toledo took matches at one, two and three. Fifth year Gabriella Akopyan picked up a straight sets victory at the fifth position, winning 7-6, 6-4. Junior Mariana Carvajal Torres won in three-sets 6-2, 2-6, 10-7 at sixth singles and senior Ambre Amat earned the final point of the match with a 7-5, 2-6, 11-9 victory at fourth singles.
The Bulls return to Miller Tennis for Senior Day on Sunday as they close out the regular against Eastern Michigan at 1pm.
