Bulls Battle Back, Drop Contest at Charleston on Friday

CHARLESTON, SC – The University at Buffalo women's tennis team (13-4) battled back in singles action but ultimately came up short in a 4-3 loss at the College of Charleston on Friday.
After dropping the doubles point, UB mounted a comeback as sophomore Liv Roestel gave the Bulls their first point of the match as she overcame a dropped first set to win 2-6, 6-2, 6-0 at the fifth position, Maria Glowacka won 0-6, 6-4, 6-3 at third singles and Sarah Hartel also battled to a three-set victory, winning 6-3, 6-7, 14-12 at fourth singles.
The Bulls return to action on Friday, March 13 when they host Ball State in their Mid-American Conference opener at 12pm.
