Stojanovska And Savchenko Earn MAC Doubles Team Of The Week Honors

BUFFALO, NY – University at Buffalo women's tennis senior Tanja Stojanovska and sophomore Anna Savchenko have been named the Mid-American Conference Doubles Teams of the Week, the conference office announced on Wednesday afternoon.
Stojanovska and Savchenko are still undefeated this spring following two wins this past weekend on the road. They defeated Zofia Stanisz and Jaide Collins from St. John's on Friday afternoon, 6-3, and then they dropped just one game in a 6-1 victory over Hofstra's Michal Kaplan and Disha Yellayi on Saturday. They are now 3-0 on the season in dual action and 11-4 overall.
The Bulls are 2-1 overall on the season as they return home on Friday afternoon to host Duquesne at the Miller Tennis Center at 1pm.
