Men's Basketball Home Game Versus Bowling Green To Air Nationally On ESPNU

BUFFALO, NY - The University at Buffalo men's basketball team's home game originally scheduled for Feb. 17 against Bowling Green has been moved to Friday, Feb. 16 and it will be broadcasted nationally on ESPNU. The tip time will be 7pm.
This will be the fifth conference game for the Bulls selected for national television as UB opened the MAC schedule on CBS Sports Network against Toledo and played Western Michigan on ESPNU last Friday. The Bulls will be on national television the next two Fridays playing at Ohio tomorrow night on CBS Sports Network and hosting Western Michigan next Friday (2/2), also on CBS Sports Network.
UB enters this Friday night's game with a 15-5 record and a perfect 7-0 mark in MAC play. The Bulls have won eight in a row, scoring at least 80 points in all eight of those contests, the first MAC team to do so since the 1966-67 season.
The men's contest against Bowling Green was originally scheduled as a doubleheader with the UB women's basketball team. The women's game will remain at 1pm on Saturday against Akron. Fans who have purchased a doubleheader ticket will still have access to both games. To attend the men's game on Friday night, please use the original doubleheader ticket issued dated February 17. Ticketholders will receive a new ticket to be used at the women's basketball game played on Saturday. If you do not have a ticket already, both events are on sale at the ticket office or on Ticketmaster now. The Men's game will be reserved seating while the women's game will be a general admission event.
The change in game date for the men's basketball contest has also forced a change to the wrestling schedule. The Bulls, who were originally scheduled to face Binghamton on Feb. 16, will now host the Bearcats on Thursday night (Feb. 15) at 7pm. If you have a ticket for that match and you can't attend the new date, you can redeem it at the ticket office for admission to any of the remaining home wrestling matches.
