CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Mid-American Conference announced its 2025 Men's Basketball Academic All-MAC team on Friday afternoon. This year's squad included three Bulls with Noah Batchelor, Tim Oboh and Ryan Sabol taking home honors. Buffalo recorded the most honors with Akron.
The Academic All-MAC honor is for a student-athlete who has excelled in athletics and academics. To qualify, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.20 cumulative GPA and have participated in at least 50 percent of the contests for their particular sport.
This marks Sabol's second Academic All-MAC honor as both Batchelor and Oboh will take home the honor for the first time in their careers. On March 24th, both Sabol and Batchelor earned CSC Academic All-District honors for the second time in their careers.
