Softball Doublehader Against Penn State Postponed

BUFFALO, NY – The University at Buffalo softball team's first venture at playing a game in the north will have to wait a little longer as their doubleheader at Penn State tomorrow has been postponed due to weather.
A cold snap that came through the Northeast brought sleet and freezing rain to State College overnight Tuesday. While rain washed much of the slush away, another bout of the wintry mix is expected Wednesday night forcing the postponement of the first ever games at the Nittany Lion Softball Park. Penn State and Buffalo are tentatively rescheduling the games for April 14 at Penn State.
The Bulls will now be off until Tuesday afternoon when they face cross-town rival Canisius at 2:00 pm at the Demske Sports Complex. They begin MAC play next weekend at Toledo.
