2025: The freshman setter appeared in all 27 matches, including 25 starts...Finished her freshman season with 93 kills, 865 assists, 284 digs, 30 blocks and 124.0 points...She averaged 8.74 assists, 0.94 kills, 2.87 digs and 1.25 points per set...Had a career-high seven kills against Rutgers (8/31) and Robert Morris (9/20)...Racked up 22 attacks and 24 digs at Toledo (11/7)...Recorded 13 double-doubles on the season: Marist (8/30) (35 assists, 11 digs); Northwestern (9/12) (42 assists, 11 digs); Robert Morris (9/20) (28 assists, 16 digs); Ohio (46 assists, 14 digs); Akron (10/7) (42 assists, 14 digs); Central Michigan (38 assists, 12 digs); Western Michigan (41 assists, 17 digs); Eastern Michigan (10/23) (33 assists, 13 digs), Eastern Michigan (10/24) (38 assists, 15 digs); Akron (10/28) (53 assists, 15 digs); Northern Illinois (11/1) (44 assists, 15 digs); Toledo (11/7) (42 assists, 24 digs); Toledo (11/8) (26 assists, 13 digs).
Prior to Buffalo: The Missouri native tallied over 1,000 career digs and nearly 2,000 career assists in her interscholastic career at Jefferson City...In her senior season, she helped the program reach their first ever State Championship...In the 2024 season she earned Central Missouri Activities Conference (CMAC) Player of the Year honors to go with her All-State recognition...She was a four-year starter that took home First-Team Conference honors each year...This past season after helping the team reach the State Championship, Mitchell was named to the AVCA All-Region Team...She just didn't dominate on the court but was also named to the Academic All-State list.
