2017-2018: Ran personsal best of 14:53.91/5000m, and 8:41.11/3000m. Competed at the MAC Indoor Championships 5000m placing 9th.Β Set a personal best in the 10,000m at the MAC Outdoor Championships placing 5th in 30:49.71.Β His 10,000m ranks #8 on the UB All-Time Top-10 List.
2018-2019: Ran 3 XC Meets.Β Indoor season competed in 3 meets, placed 13th at the MAC Indoor Championships 5000m.Β Redshirt Outdoor season.
2019-2020: Redshirt XC sesaon.Β Indoor season ran personal bests of 4:20.90/Mile, and 8:23.67/3000m. Bronze Medalist at the MAC Indoor Championships 3000m.Β His 3000m ranks him #5 on the UB All-Time Top-10 list.

High School Highlights: Multiple time Section 4 qualifier, NYS qualifier in XC and Indoor T&F. Ran Personal best and won the McQuaid Invite senior year in 15:16.60.
