College Highlights:
2020 - 2021 : Competed in 4 meets for the Bulls.
2021 - 2022: competed in 9 meets for the bulls including the MAC Championships. Won the UB Team Invite 400IH in a personal Best 1:03.62.
2022 - 2023: Did not compete.

100HH: 15.55, 400IH: 1:04.34
High School Highlights
Holds 8 records between indoor and outdoor at my high school. 2x400H Sectional champ. Went to states for 400H twice, 100H once, and 55H once

Daughter of Jim and Teresa Rowe, twin sister Devyn (21). I chose UB because for the excellent academics!
My parents raised me to never take anything for granted and always treat others how I would like to be treated. That is my daily inspiration. My favorite athlete is Sydney McLaughlin because she’s a powerhouse 400 hurdler and so inspiring! Enjoys grilling with her boyfriend and hanging out with her dog. Favorite food is pizza… always pizza!
