Junior (2023 - 24): Competed on the Bulls' 4,000 meter distance medley relay team at MAC Indoor Championships, placing first and bringing home the first gold medal of his career...set a collegiate best indoor 1,000 meter time of 2:33.77 at the Akron Open...had season best times in the mile (4:17.61) and the 3,000 meter run (8:24.44)...ran a time of 1:55.59 in the 800 meter run at the Bison Outdoor Classic, just two hundredths of a second shy of his personal record (1:55.57)... ran an outdoor season best time of 4:02.59 in the 1,500 meter at the Bison Outdoor Classic and a season best 5,000 meter run of 15:13.27 at the Raleigh Relays.
Sophomore (2022 - 23): Set three new personal records between the indoor and outdoor seasons, all ranking within the top ten times in UB history...had the seventh fastest indoor 3,000 meter time ofΒ 8:21.39 and the ninth fastest indoor mile time of 4:12.40...ran a personal best outdoor 5,000 meter time ofΒ 14:31.15, ranking tenth in UB outdoor history.
Freshman (2021 - 22): Competed in five indoor meets, running a personal record mile (4:21.32)...set personal best outdoor times in the 800m, 1500m, and 5000m.
High School:Β Three-time New York State Class-D cross country team champions.
Personal:Β Parents are Tammy and Gary Demo...siblings Shane and Connor ...came to UB because it has both great academic and athletic programsβ¦inspired by teammates and coaches pushing him to be the best he can beβ¦. favorite TV show is Breaking Bad....loves gummy bears.
