2015-2016: Took 4th in steeplechase at Lou Onesty Invitational with a time of 11:54.44… Took 1st in 3000m steeplechase with a time of 11:37.42 at Jim Thorpe Classic.
2014-15: Ran a season-best times of 5:04.74 in the outdoor 1,500-meter run, 5:25.31 in the mile run, 10:57.59 in the 3,000-meter run, and was a member of the 4x800 relay team that ran the event in 9:59.70.
High School: Attended Shaker High School...raced for coaches Marbry Gansle and David Schroeder...earned the senior sportsmanship award for the Bison...twice named indoor T&F outstanding distance runner...selected cross country Most Valuable Freshman...named Shaker sophomore student-athlete with the highest GPA...earned cross country and track & field sportsmanship awards a total of seven times...awarded the TJ Walker Scholarship...helped her team to outdoor titles at the Section 2 and Suburban Championships in 2012.
Personal: Born Nov. 13, 1995...daughter of James Jr. and Elaine...has one brother, Mike...majoring in exercise science...hopes to become a physical therapist...favorite musicians include Jason Aldean and Zac Brown Band...enjoys boating, hiking, yoga and running...if she could visit anywhere in the world, she''d travel to Australia...is also a member of the UB cross country team.
