COLLEGE HIGHLIGHTS:
2018-2019: Competed in 7 meets for the Bulls, running a personal best of 59.54/400m.
2019-2020: Set personal best marks in 3 events: 8.03/60m, 26.34/200m, and 58.89/400m. Competed at the MAC Indoor Championships 4 x 400m placing 8th.
BEFORE COMING TO UB:
High School Bests: 200m/26.35, 400m/58.33
High School Highlights: High school female athlete of the year (2018), Police Athletic League Female Athlete of the Year (2018), set High School 400m record, placed 5th at NYS Championships 400m.
PERSONAL……
Parents… Michelle and Tom Shea…. Brother - Bradley. Inspired by her coaches and family that continue to push and inspire me to be the best athlete I can be. Favorite athlete is Nathan Chen because he redefines the sport of Figure Skating. Outside of T&F, enjoys figure staking, watching any movie with Tom Cruise, and eating Sushi. A random Fun Fact: coaches figure staking. Why Sam chose UB: Chose UB because of the academic programs and the T&F team.
