2019-2020: Ran personal bests in 400m/59.79, and 800m 2:18.96. Competed in the DMR at the MAC Championships.

High School Highlights: 7-time NYS qualifier in XC, Indoor and Outdoor T&F. 2014 NYS 400IH runner-up

Daughter of William and Amy Seiders... Had one brother (Billy) and one sister (Emma)... Hobbies include running, camping, music, and drawing... Enjoys basketball and soccer... Lists favorite athletes as Allyson Felix and Kim Batten... State greatest athletic experience as competiting in the 2013 and 2014 USATF Junior Olympic Championships.
