COLLEGE HIGHLIGHTS:
2016-2017: Redshirt Indoor. Outdoor season won the Fred Hardy Invite, Jesse Owens, Invite, UB Invite, and Jim Thorpe Invite Discus Throw, with a season's best of 168'4". Placed 9th at the USATF Junior Championships Discus Throw.
2017-2018: Won the Akron Invite and Update Challenge Weight Throw. Placed 4th at the MAC Championships Weight Throw. Outdoor season won the UB Invite and Jim Thorpe Invite Discus Throw. Earned Silver Medal at the MAC Outdoor Championships Discut Throw. Qualified for the NCAA East Prelim.
2018-2019: Earned the MAC Silver Medal in the Weight Throw with a PR of 64'5.75", ranking him #3 on the UB All-Time Top-10 List. Outdoor season won the Ashland Open Hammer Throw, won the UB Invite Discus in a PR 176'10", placed 2nd at the MAC Championsihps DT, and 5th in the HT. Placed 29th at the NCAA East First Rounds. Moved into the #3 spot UB All-Time Top-10 List for the Discus Throw and #6 for the Hammer Throw.
2019-2020: Won the Upstate Challenge WT, placed 6th at the MAC Indoor Championshps WT.
BEFORE COMING TO UB:
High School Bests: Discus/194'4", Shot Put/56'9"
High School Highlights: Set the Western New York Record in the Discus. NYS Champion in the Discus, finalist in the Shot Put.
PERSONAL……
Son of Robert and Catherine Wray… Has one brother (Jacob) and one sister (Emma)… Favorite thing about UB and Buffalo are the Bulls and the Bills.
