Indoor T&F Ran Personal best of 14:27.30 at the BU Valentine Invite ranking him #2 on the UB All-Time Top-10 List, placed 2nd at the Wolverine Invite 3000m.
2018-2019: Earned 2nd-Team All-MAC XC Honors with 13th place at the MAC Championships, and All-Region Honors placing 21st at the NCAA NE Championships. Indoor T&F ran 5000m best of 15:00.95, placed 7th at the MAC Championships. Outdoor season earned the Silver Medal at the MAC Championships 10,000m with a PR of 31:23.54, and 6th place in the 5000m. Ran personal best in the 10,000m at the Bison Classic in 30:26.15, ranking him #2 on the UB All-Time Top-10 List.
2017-2018: Placed 17th at the MAC XC Championships and 42nd at the NCAA NE XC Championships. Ran an 8k XC best of 24:53.9 at the Paul Short Invite. Indoor T&F Ran best of 15:904.89 at the Spire Midwest Invite, placed 8th at the MAC Indoor Championships. Outdoor season won the UB Invite 5000m, placed 9th at the MAC OUtdoor T&F Championships 10,000m.
2016-2017: Ran 4 XC races for the Bulls, with an 8k XC Best of 25:42.7 at the Paul Short Invite. Redshirt Indoor season. Outdoor season ran a 5000m best of 15:26.91.
High School: Won the Monsignor Martin League 1600m and 3000m as a senior, placed 3rd at the Catholic School State Championships in 3000m.
