2010-11: Competed in four cross country meets. Finished fifth at the Cornell Reif Invitational in 17:25.1 for 5K. Took sixth at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational in 26:48.40 for 8K. Set top outdoor marks in the 800m (1:57.52) at the Robert Morris Invitational and 1,500m (4:00.40) at the Bucknell Bison Outdoor Classic.
High School: Earned 13 letters and captained three seasons for coach Chris Dossena at Fox Lane High School. Set school records in the mile and 1,500m as well as three relay records for the Foxes.
Personal: Born February 2, 1992. Son of Lenny and Mea Sgaglio. Has five brothers (Gage, Dodge, Fury, Enson, Archer) and two sisters (Briggs, Hayes). Lists “anything my mom makes” as his favorite food. Favorite movie is Cinderella Man. Majoring in civil engineering.
