Men’s Tennis Earns ITA All-Academic Recognition

BUFFALO, NY – The University at Buffalo men's tennis team was honored for its academic success as the Intercollegiate Tennis Association announced UB as one of its All-Academic Teams. In addition, five Bulls earned Scholar Athlete honors.
To be a scholar-athlete, student-athletes must have a 3.5 cumulative GPA for the previous academic year. Buffalo's selections are Finn Macnamara, Theodoros Mitsakos, Daniils Snaiders, Simon Wibler and Ryan Thompson.
As a team, the Bulls earned All-Academic honors with a team GPA of 3.2 or better.
In 2023, 959 Division I Men's student-athletes were named an ITA Scholar-Athlete and 162 men's tennis programs were awarded the All-Academic Team distinction.
