Bulls Wrap Up Day One at NCAA Regional

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The University at Buffalo track and field team competed at the NCAA East Preliminary on Wednesday, with a trio of Bulls in action.
In the men's javelin, Danil Chernov placed 33rd with a throw of 62.16-meters/203'11". Jonathan Surdej finished 43rd in the men's shot put with a mark of 16.76-meters/55'0". To finish the day, Evan Hilbert placed 48th in the men's 1500-meters, running a time of 3:58.67.
UB is back in action tomorrow with Christina Wende competing in the women's long jump at 6 p.m.
