
Women’s Tennis Continues League Play This Weekend

BUFFALO, NY – Winners of three straight, the University at Buffalo women's tennis team returns to action this weekend for a pair of matches. The Bulls will host Bowling Green on Friday and then travel to Ball State on Sunday.
The Bulls are 7-5 on the year and 3-5 in league play having come away with 4-3 road victories at Miami (OH) and Western Michigan last weekend. Buffalo then swept Binghamton in a mid-week match on Tuesday.
The Falcons come to Western New York on Friday with a 9-6 record and a 5-4 mark in MAC play. Bowling Green defeated the Bulls 5-2 in the first meeting on Mar. 19.
Ball State enters its weekend contest with Eastern Michigan at 17-2 and a perfect 8-0 in MAC play. The Cardinals have won 17 straight contests including three of their eight league wins by 4-3 scores, including the first meeting with Buffalo on Apr. 3.
