2017-18: Finished first in the distance medley relay event at the Akron Invitational, clocking in a time of 10:08.32... claimed vicotry in the mile event at the Zips Invitational with a time of 4:15.65... won the 3000m steeplechase event at the Jim Thorpe Classic with a time of 9:30.73... set career-best mile time at the Kent State National Qualifiers with a time of 4:14.97, good for third place.
2016-17: Claimed a victory in the 1500m event at the University at Buffalo open with a career-best time of 3:50.97... placed sixth in the 3000m steeplechase event at the MAC Championships with a time of 9:35.83.
2015-2016: Took 2nd in steeplechase at Lou Onesty Invitational with a time of 9:30.58… Placed 2nd at Northeast Challenge with at time of 3:52.64 in 1500m… 1st place finish at UB Invitational with a time of 3:50.97 in 1500m… Placed 6th with a time of 9:25.83 at MAC Championships in 3000m steeplechase.
2014-15: Did not compete in the indoor season. Ran season-best times of 1:55.13 in the 800-meter run, 4:05.39 in the 1,500-meter run, 15:14.24 in the 5k, and 7:51.14 in the 4x800 relay.
High School: Attended Christian Brothers Academy and ran for coaches Tom O''Malley and Ray Van Epps. He was two-year captain that set school records in the 1,000, 1,600, 4,000, and 5,000-meter runs and the sprint medley relay. Also earned a pair of letters as a member of the soccer team.
Personal: Born on July 6, 1996, son of Todd and Marcie, has three brothers, Braeden, Conlon and Dixon, and one sister, Morgan. He is majoring in business administration and enjoys soccer, running, and listening to music.
