Hoof Prints: Great overall athlete who is continuing to develop as a safety...one of the team’s fastest players...should also be a big contributor on special teams...chose Buffalo because of the “family environment.”
Redshirt-Sophomore (2010): Saw extended action in nine games, totaling 11 tackles... made two stops and broke up a pass against Rhode Island (9/2)... had another two solo tackles against Baylor (9/11)... blocked a punt against Ball State (11/12).
Sophomore (2009): Spent the season as a redshirt.
Freshman (2008): Appeared in 12 games as a reserve linebacker...had 10 tackles (seven solo) and a quarterback hurry...had four tackles (all solo) against Miami (OH) (11/4)...his final tackle against the RedHawks was at the goal line on final play of the game to keep them off the board...had three tackles against Bowling Green (11/21)...recovered a fumble for a touchdown against Connecticut in the International Bowl for his first career touchdown.
High School: Played safety and linebacker at Nimitz High School for head coach David Suggs...as a senior totaled 60 tackles, two interceptions, three forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries (one for a TD)...named first-team All-District as a senior and second-team All-District as a junior...invited to play in the Space City Classic All-Star Game.
