Hoof Prints: Long, athletic outside linebacker who shows good mobility...originally played defensive end before being moved to linebacker in 2010.
Junior (2011): Loomed large in the defensive backfield, starting all 12 games for the team... made 49 total tackles (28 solo, six for loss)... made a career-high 11 tackles and blocked a punt that set up a Buffalo touchdown against Ball State (9/17)... recorded a solo sack against Ohio that forced the offense to settle for a field goal (10/8)... had six total tackles (two for loss) and had a pass breakup against Northern Illinois (10/22)... made ten tackles against Eastern Michigan just a few hours down the road from his home town (11/12).
Sophomore (2010): Was an effective pass rusher from the linebacker position before going down with an injury... had 14 total tackles in his five games... had five tackles - one for a loss - in a win over Bowling Green (10/2)... had a breakout game against West Division champion Northern Illinois, making six tackles with one sack and a tackle for loss (10/16)... had two tackles and a pass breakup against Temple (10/23).
Redshirt Freshman (2009): Sat out the season.
Freshman (2008): Redshirted in his first season at Buffalo.
High School: Earned three letters for head coach Marcelle Carruthers at Everett High School...an All-Conference selection as a junior and a senior...his Everett team won back-to-back city championships...also played basketball for the Vikings...plans to major in engineering.
