Allese Williams is in her second season as Director of Basketball Operations for the women's basketball program.
Williams came to Buffalo after two years at the University of Alabama, most recently as a McLendon Future Leaders Intern with the Athletic Communications department, serving as the sports information director for the UA rowing team as well as the social media manager for all of the Crimson Tide's athletic team's social media accounts.
Prior to the internship, Williams served as an Operations Intern with the Alabama men's basketball team, assisting the Director of Scouting and Analytics with summer camps, official visits, and other day-to-day operations within the program, while also assisting the Director of Athletics Communications in social media management.
The Canyon Country, California native played collegiately at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, including her freshman and sophomore seasons with Becky Burke as her head coach. She graduated with a bachelor's in business administration and a minor in Global Business in 2020 and earned her master's in sports administration from Alabama in 2022.
