2022: Appeared in eight matches...Finished with a career-high three solo blocks against Central Michigan (10/29)...Ranks in the program's top-10 in blocks per set in a career with 1.02.
2021: Played in 74 sets, averaging 1.16 kills per set and a team-high 1.03 blocks per set…recorded a career high 10 kills against Canisius (9/11) and a career best 9.0 blocks against Troy (9/4), in which she earned MAC Defensive Player of the Week honors following that match…had 7.0 blocks four times, including six kills and seven blocks against Ball State (10/9).
Spring 2021: Played in nine sets…recorded her first career kill against Ball State (1/28) and added two kills against Kent State (2/5)…averaged 1.11 blocks per set, including career best five blocks against the Golden Flashes (2/5).
2019: Missed the season due to injury.
High School: Helped lead Shenendehowa High School to a Sectional and Regional championship in 2018, finishing as a semifinalist at the state championships...went 24-3-3 as she led the Plainsmen with 244 kills, 180 blocks, and hit .388 as she was named first-team All-State and a New York Section II First-Team All-Star...has spent time with the IREVA Junior International Team as part of USA Volleyball and has also played club volleyball for NY Attack and Legion Volleyball Club.
Personal: Born March 20, 2001...daughter of Mark and Jule DeBortoli...has two brothers (Bob and Mitchell)...favorite athlete is R.J. Barrett...favorite foods are cheese and gelato and favorite musician is Gavin DeGraw...chose UB because of her brother went here as well as the great academics and the volleyball program...lists the toughest opponent she has faced as the US Junior National Team...lists her dream as collegiate athlete as winning a MAC Championship.
