Freshman (2022-23): Had season-best indoor 3000 meter time of 11:01.08 at the Spire Indoor Games…set a season-best 1500 meter time of 5:20.21 at Geneseo.
High School: Qualified for the NYS Championships in XC, Indoor T&F and Outdoor T&F Senior Year...competed at the NB Indoor National Meet in the 3000m...runner-up in the NYS XC State Championships Class D.
