2025-26: Appeared in 15 games, starting 12, as a freshman before missing the rest of the season with an injury… Averaged 7.2 points, 2.7 rebounds and 1.4 steals per game while… Scored in double figures four times… Set a career-high with 14 points against Tarleton State (12/19)… Matched that career-high in back-to-back games against NIU (1/7) and Ohio (1/10), where she also knocked down a career-best seven free throws… Notched four steals against nationally-ranked Kentucky (11/9).
High School: Thompson comes to Buffalo from Los Angeles, California where she was a four-year varsity starter and key contributor at Harvard-Westlake High School where she helped lead the Wolverines to a CIF Division II State Championship as a junior. She followed that up with a stellar senior campaign, averaging 21 points, five rebounds, two assists and two steals per game, which earned her a 2025 McDonalds All-American nomination. Thompson is a four-time First-Team All-Mission League, two-time All-Section and All-State selection and scored over 1,700 points across her decorated high school career. She also played AAU ball for Why Not Premier EYBL.
