2017: Was one of two UB players to appear in all 55 games while making 52 starts during her freshman season... was named to the All-MAC Freshman Team... finished the season ranked third on the team with a batting average of .289... finished the season with 44 hits, 18 runs scored and 15 RBI... was the most dangerous base runner on the team as she went 23-for-26 on stolen base attempts, the second most stolen bases in a single season in program history... ranked third on the squad with eight doubles and 13 walks... notched a career-high three RBI in a 7-3 loss to George Washington (3/21)... went 2-for-2 with a pair of RBI in a loss at Maryland (3/18)... went 2-for-4 with two runs scored, a double, a triple and a RBI in the Bulls 7-0 win over Hartford (2/26)... went 3-for-4 with two runs scored against Ohio (5/6)... closed out the season with a 2-for-3 outing against Ohio (5/7) as she notched a double and a triple in the 6-4 loss... finished the season with 13 multi-hit games including three in the final four games... had two multi-RBI games.
High School: Earned four letters and captained two seasons for head coach Jack Wheeler at Ocean Lakes High School…went 17-5 during her senior season, while batting .648 with 29 RBI’s and 10 home runs…set the school record for stolen bases, runs batted in, and home runs…named first-team All-State as a sophomore and second-team All-State as a senior.
Personal: Born March 15, 1998…daughter of Mark and Maureen Goldyn…favorite athlete is Bryce Harper and favorite movie is Napoleon Dynamite…chose UB because it was her number one choice and she enjoyed the coaching staff and the administration…lists her greatest athletic influence as Simone Biles because of her work ethic…wants to set the stolen base and batting average records at Buffalo.
