Bulls Cruise to 5-2 Win Over Bowling Green on Sunday

BUFFALO, NY – The University at Buffalo women's tennis team defeated Bowling Green 5-2 on Sunday afternoon at Miller Tennis Center.
The Bulls started strong, taking the doubles point as Esmee Andresen and Maria Glowacka won 6-2 at first doubles and Blanca Berges and Liv Roestel picked up a 6-4 win at the third position to give UB a 1-0 lead in the match.
Berges won 6-2, 6-1 at fifth singles, Andresen picked up a 6-3, 6-4 win at first singles before Julia Laspro clinched the match for UB with a 6-1, 6-3 victory the fourth position. Roestel rounded out the scoring with a 6-4, 6-1 win at six singles.
Up next, Buffalo will remain home for a pair of matches beginning on Friday, April 4 as they welcome Miami (OH) to Miller Tennis Center for a 12 pm contest.
